Using Mark

▷ Use of Certification Mark

Certified clients are permitted to use the certification logo in accordance with ACQ’s Management System. Clients must comply with all relevant laws and regulations concerning certification.

Permissible Use Period

The certified company may begin using the logo immediately after obtaining certification.

Restrictions on Using the Mark

The certification mark indicates that the system certification is registered with recognized corporate credibility organizations, and its use must be strictly regulated.
The mark can be used on stationery, advertising materials, promotional items, flags, vehicles, and corporate apparel, but must not be applied in a way that misrepresents products outside the scope of the certification.
The mark should not be used directly on products or product packaging. It may be used for packaging intended for product transportation, but not on individual consumer product packaging.
The mark should not appear on laboratory test or calibration reports.
The guidelines for using the certification mark and the client’s obligation to comply must be included in the contract.
ACQ’s certification mark may be used independently, but marks from AB or IAF must not be used independently.

A clear statement may be used, such as:
“(This product) was manufactured in a plant whose QMS/EMS is certified as conforming to ISO 9001/14001.”

Certified clients are allowed to include statements on product packaging or in accompanying materials. Product packaging refers to materials that can be removed without damaging or altering the product. Accompanying information is considered as separate or easily detachable from the product. Type labels or identification plates are considered integral to the product.

Example statement:
“00 Cola has been certified for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by ACQ.”
